I shot this wedding back in September at Rancharrah in Reno. You know that month after August that is supposed to have great weather, cooling off from summer but still warm and beautiful. Well, as luck would have it, the weekend Stacey and Jackson got married it snowed in the mountains and was cold and rainy in the valley. Not so good weather for formal wear. But clouds are great for photography because they diffuse the light, and I got sun, rain and wonderful cloud cover all in a couple of hours! Liane McCombs Wedding & Event Planning brought out the heaters and the warm tent and everyone had fun, no matter what it was doing outside. Once the dancing started everyone was nice and toasty warm.
