The word looks and sounds different with a layer of snow blanketing the ground. Sounds are muffled , yet you can hear the laughter of children cutting through the icy air as they squeal with delight while sledding down hills and throwing snowballs.
We went to Plumas Park in Reno to take some holiday photos. But while working with children in freezing temperatures is a lot of fun, the time is limited. Once the bare little fingers get cold, the smiles fade and it is time to call it a day.
