Lately our weather has been cold. Very cold. Reeeeaaally cold. Cold as in the 0’s. But this past weekend was much warmer… like in the 40s. Let me tell you it felt like a heat wave. So when Ellen asked me to take photos of her family I didn’t dread donning the boots and the hat, the scarves and the coat and making the trek out to the wilderness. Ellen and I work out at Kaia Fit Sierra together. We have bonded over squat thrusts, pushups and running laps. This was the only time we have seen each other in normal clothes and make up. At the end of our session I was not a sweaty mess that always follows our workout but I was so happy to be able to make photos of her beautiful family.
